I live in Idaho with my loving husband and two beautiful children. Elwood's Crown is my first book to be published. I am hoping it will not be my last.
I am currently attending The Institute of Children's Literature. I am trying to add to my writing experience that I already have. I have taken numerous writing workshops and classes. I have loved writing since I was in second grade.
My second book is written and is being translated. I hope the book will be out in the summer of '08. The story is called Fly Cake.
My favorite pass times other then writing is reading to my children. I am also learning to Crochet. I write to bring a smile to young children's faces and to encourage them to read.
I do not only write children books. I am also working on my first novel. I do not want to give too much away but it will be in the readership of 15years old and older. The story involves a ghost, a monther's and daughter's bond with a twist.
