My debut novel, QuioxtiQ, was the first to be written and published in the English by a Bahraini. It become a national best-seller and won the 2004 Bahraini Outstanding Book of the Year Award. I also writes short fiction and contributes to several publications regularly. My work appeared on numerous e-zines, fiction websites and print magazines, most recently in Gold Dust magazine.
