Hi! I wrote my first poem back in 1979 as my 10th grade English assignment. I received an A+ and encouragement from my English teacher to keep writing poetry. I didn't. But, in 2003, I did pick up my pen and started writing short stories, poetry and started writing a book. LOL what is so upsetting, is that after months of writing my book on my computer, the book was lost when my computer got that Blaster Worm virus! Lost everything! I still have my original notes and can rewrite my book, just haven't gotten to it, yet. I had posted two excerpts of that book online and it had over 1,300 hits during the 6 months I had it online. Of those, nearly 300 emailed me wanting to buy the book when published. Sure, I can rewrite it, but it won't be the same as what I wrote then. It could come out worse, or better than the original book that I lost.
On a more personal note, I enjoy music, singing, karaoke, dancing, swimming, bike riding, nature, BBQs, picnics, romance, hanging out with friends & family and Egyptian, Native American & Celtic art.
