Ann Wilder is a mother of two beautiful children Daniel, age 7, and Rachel, age 4. They all live together in Abilene, TX with their cat Lucy and turtle RedFred. Each of them enjoys playing, reading, dancing, drumming, singing, writing poetry, telling stories and coloring pictures together. Most importantly, Ann wakes up every morning and stays up most nights with the desire to write. She has had a few academic publications in addition to vocational articles, grants and programs. Ann has recently become a published poet and is seeking more opportunities to publish her poems and read in public performances. Ann is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and specializes in working with families and senior adults at every stage of health care need. She is able to utilize journal and poetry therapy techniques in her work with clients.
