I have been skimping on therapy to follow exercises in "exorcising" my parents from my life ... need a place to upload and unload. I once thought I wanted to be a writer in life; I realize now I'm a writer if I just write. Writing this helped me. Thank you Editred for storing it for me online, although it's really my private stuff.
