-"To accomplish you will first fail" this paradox is a big part of my philosophy. Knowing both failure and success & what it costs in hard work & the determination to make it". A 1992 graduate of Moses Lake High School where I continued to reside and begin a family of my own with my son Mykel arriving 7 days after graduation. Played to perfection as a young girl the all American dream was not as promising in the real world and 1999 would be the beginning of many life experiences testing my strengths and molding me into the person I have become.
Having none of the skills needed for the position I walked through the doors of real estate in search of a challenge, they took a chance and this is where the story of my success would begin.Working as a secretary I would gain knowledge learning many of the skills needed to become an agent yet never taking the chance or having the motivation to move forward until 2003.
Watching his strength, courage, and determination to survive I was once again being tested with life's experience. As his student enrolled in his real estate course I would take in every word yet as his daughter looking into his eyes he could no longer shield the pain. The state exam would be a ritual having been there before yet knowing this time would be different as I walked in with that same strength, courage and determination to make him proud, I knew I would succeed. As I was handed those test results a career chosen by fate would soon begin and the fight he had won would now be mine. 2004 as I began my career I would also struggle to gain recognition through a community while being judged on experience in the field.
Now 3 yrs later I look back through the production of an image, taking in the initial focus concepts consistently carried out is where the creations of Dayna Adair Noyola would impact the real estate field as the top agent recognized through Grant County according to a "Market Awareness" survey in 2005.
Through my marketing I have recognized and thanked you, my clients, for giving me the chance to prove myself. I have survived, in more ways than one, and the reason for my survival is because of all of those who gave me a chance to make it on my own. The hands on experiences of each transaction have molded me into the agent I have become and as the community grows I will grow as well through each of you.
