Dante Prestipino was born in 1979, in the New Jersey town of Atco. Dante eventually moved to Pueblo West, Colorado. A great deal of Dante's inspiration stems from growing up in the rural prairies of Southeastern Colorado. Dante eventually obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. Dante now calls St. Louis, Missouri his home. From the city, to the prairies, to the mountains, and back to the city, writing poetry and prose has always been a constant form of expression for Dante. You can read some of his published work on Red Pulp Underground (www.rpwriters.com). He is currently compiling a body of work for a book of poems.
