I am a women who spent time in jail for our system has become very corrupt (or at least some of our officers have). I spent too much time for what I now view as time to research my How-To Book "Detention 4 Dummies", as well as a Poetry Book "Jail Diaries" Neither in Publication as yet, but always looking for guidence to that end. I have decided to combine the two ideas into one book and am nearly ready to publish. I finally transfered my probation from one state to another Georgia to Florida. This proved to be a real pain as well, but more inspiration for my poetry. I am currently working on this project. I have nearly 80 poems and and multiple stories and recipes/instructions to add, more poems seem to be flowing on a regular basis. This is my new life and I intend to continue in this no matter what the judicial system throws my way. Looking forward to being a productive citizen in the world as well as this new(to me) writing community I have been so graciously welcomed to. I am a Veterinary Technician full-time and love animals as much if not more than writing. I hope to be productive in both. I am a member (Secretary) of the Nassau County Writers & Poets Society(NCWPS), a prize for my first contest submission getting a Honorable Mention. I am sending out query letters now for "Jail Diaries" So mote it be!!!
