Born in Ohio I was raised and spents the better part of eighteen years living in Winston Salem, North Carolina. I am the last of six brothers and sisters with about a sixteen year difference in age between me and my closest sibling. Technichally I am their half-brother but I didn't know what a "half" brother was until I was in the 7th grade. I am currently a Creative Writing major at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
My biggest influences on my writings, directly or indirectly, would have to be: Shel Silverstein, Dennis Johnson, George Saunders, and Lewis Carroll
