I was born 3 September 1991 in Fontana, California and ever since I learned how to form the letters of the English language, I have been writing as much as I can as often as I can.
Writing is the only thing that I do consistently, as it is the only thing on Earth that I actually enjoy. My goal is to make my living by penning anything that I can, but since that is not feasible, I am ambitiously trying to do something a little more meaningful and specific. At the moment I primarily write poetry, due to it being more fun then prose to compose. I hope that influence of French poets like Charles Baudelaire, and Italian ones like Petrarch or Dante can be found in my work. I consider Petrarch to be the greatest influence on my work, mostly in ideas, but also in conventions. I read them far more often then I read famous English poets, and I hope that I can use Romance languages' poetic forms effectively in English. It is stuff like that which I prefer to write, but I experiment with nearly every form I come across. I am interested in any advice that anyone has on more traditional conventions of meter and free verse. So please, if you have anything to say, please say it. I am interested in anything anyone has to say on my work or the whole art form itself.
My career goals include spending fifteen years on active duty in the Air Force, and thirty five in the Air National Guard. My ultimate goal is to teach English and or Creative Writing at the University level at a university like Biola or Baylor University (along those lines).
