I’ve been writing since I can remember. I always had a fascination with the words and telling stories.
I wouldn’t classify myself into a particular “genre”, but for the most part, a lot of the critics have said I am funny, raw and honest. I will take their word for it. I have written a lot of poetry, a handful of short stories, and currently I am working on my third screenplay. Perhaps I will post some of it…
Having interest in language I know what is right, I know what wrong, and sometimes enjoy bastardizing English into my own. So feel free to read my work, but I will warn you now, do not read my work if you are going to put it under the microscope of a 10th grade English teacher. I don’t follow grade school rules, and half the time what we are taught is incorrect. Yet, do not hesitate if I made typos or perhaps forgot an “a” or “the”. I seem to do that often.
And if any of you are curious about my background, I have a B.A. in English, a minor in Spanish, speak a little French and I am currently working on my Masters in Education.
