Charles has been fashioning his "trash art vision" (as one publisher defined it before severing all ties) since 1992 when he first shrugged the sepia culture of Southern California for the more seasonable concrete of New York City. Since then his work has appeared in a variety of internet vehicles, high school publications and songs by Santa Marias and Pet Disaster.
