My writings include poetry and general ramblings on life. I was an English major in college and minored in music. I have a BA in English and an MFA in Creative Writing. I recently took up the guitar but played piano for many years. I like to tinker with creating websites and doing photography.
I am a fence-sitter on most issues, testing has shown me to be quite uniform in brain usage, meaning that I use both sides equally well. This results in two things that are handy: being ambidextrous and having a unique ability to see both sides of anything that might be going on. This point of view shows up in my writing most of the time. I am passionate about right and wrong and loyal to a fault when it comes to preserving friendship, which is all-important to my life. Generally speaking, my purpose in writing is to promote a more open world-view in my readers (as opposed to unburdening my personal woes).
