LowIQ (AkA WebbyBoy) was born in Coleraine, Northern Ireland in 1973, and grew up on a council estate in the same town. He has been writing for 10 years, mostly modern fiction with a dark and bizarre twist. He does however turn a hand to Science Fiction, Horror, Urban / Drug Culture, and other sparkling things that Magpie like catch his eye.
LowIQ currently lives in Manchester, England. He has been published in a number of journals, eZines, websites, and the occasional dodgy poetry anthology in his wild youth.
