Human beings are communicative creatures in all we do, even if it's just reading, writing, or listening to music. I may not be the most verbose of individuals(I'm working on it, give me a break*__*), but that doesn't mean I don't have anything to say! I am a world student who has narrowed it down to Linguistics/Occupational health academically, currently pursuing my bachelors in both. I believe it is our desire to communicate and learn that drives us; without these things we would be just be empty shells. By virtue of this and many other sites of its ilk, my point is proven. Stick around; there is a lot we can all learn from one another!
