I grew up on the Sunshine Coast, Australia where I mixed with lots of different people ranging in age and background (from surfing hippies to drunk drag-queens). I did the Uni thing (got a degree in Journalism) then headed over to China to teach English to kids and adults. Now I am studying part-time and working part-time for a magazine and publishing company. When it comes to my writing, I like to keep it simple and real: relationships and the ups and downs of the heart.
I really appreciate all the feedback ERers have given me. It means a lot and I think we can all agree this site helps our writing more than words can say.
