Many have called his work "Dark", "Witty", and "Addictive". Philip's work is inspired by many great authors he has read over the years. His strongest influences seem to be; Edgar Allen Poe, J.R.R. Tolkien, Dr. Suess, Lewis Carroll, and The Brothers Grimm. Fans can't get enough of Philip's written work, and he would have it no other way.
Philip has been writing for many years and it seems that he will not stop anytime soon. Writing has always given him a way to express his love for Dark Fantasy. When he is not writing a story of the fantastic, he lives quietly with Frances, his muse and wife.
He is a member of Florida Writers Association, Citters.org, and acting administrator for WOSAF (Writers of Science Fiction and Fantasy). Philip has also participated in NANOWRIMO and was a student of A.C. Crispin at Dragon*Con 2003.
