Used to write years ago. On and off over years. Last year and a bit taken it up more, due to car accidents and needing to express my creativity in other ways (used to play guitar, violin, also was passionate sailor. HAve writing mostly poetry,though tried short stories. Am also working on a novel. Wrote very bad plays and lots of stories many years ago. Did Poetry online course in spring which was very helpful. Also Creative writing course which wasn't. Am in weekly local writer's group. Also monthly local group. Will try out another monthly Poets group, but don't know if it will suit or not.
