I am a 20 y.o. college student/starving artist/aspiring revolutionary majoring in creative writing and minoring in survival. I am the daughter of a preacher and a librarian, so I question everything and have faith in whatever God is the most forgiving. Currently I am attempting to bring about the rebirth of a Black Arts Movement. Literature is my passion because it has saved me from ignorance, from loneliness, and from myself. And surely there is a special place in heaven for poet who labor in obscurity.
