I am an unpublished, unformally educated, lifelong poet. I am a mother of 2 that has yet to get all the way through college. I hope to receive a degree in English before I am 80 or dead whichever comes first, hopefully 80. I feel I have a unique outlook when I write, but so does everyone. It is a self-preservationist condition of being human. I enjoy expressing through poetry because of the direct, indirectness that this medium provides.
