After graduating college and serving 15 years in human services working with youth and adults on the fringe: Mental health, corrections, acquired brain injury and dual diagnosis, Monique turned her hand to acting and the creative arts. It was there, that the creative world exposed itself and the realization that 'There's money in them there words' gave birth to Queen Moniqwa.
