I am a science buff with a degree in anthro.. I have been writing for thirty some years. It hasn't gone very far and so it's a good thing it's a labour of love. I studied language for several years in pursuit of a masters degree, it didn't happen, but I learned a great deal in some fascinating areas including in sign and symbol, and the philosophy of language and some linguistic classes up to third year classes. It is dry but very interesting. So that is what brings me here I hope I find something here.
It has been some poems later and I have to say that I am most impressed with Edit Red. I have read the best poetry that I have come across on any other sites. I have also recieved the most constructive critique, and there is not much pandering around here. Serious readership. Bravo!
At all, and any costs, to any future considerations on my submitted poetry here, I would consider it a bargain, at twice the price. As poets we may only be appreciated by few other than fellow poets, it is however the most acclaimed reward; that of gaining the recognition of your peers. And as such I have spent valuable effort and been rewarded many times over with only a few simple words from a few peers whom I respect through their poetry and language.
I hope that I grow further here and that my work here is able to return like for like. I look forward to further exchanges with even more readers.
