Bill was born and raised in New York City and is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. A former dolphin trainer, actor, and trial lawyer, he is the author of "Smuggler's Bluff," a first novel in search of an agent. He resides in Maine where he is at work on a second novel and a variety of short stories. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in the on-line magazines "Pulse," "New Works Review," "Ascent Aspirations," and "Fiction on the Web" and in the print magazines "RiverSedge," "Broken Bridge Review," and "Puckerbrush Review."
