Hey Angel. I know you're not feeling that great lately, starving, cutting and crying alot. Why so much anger honey? I know you feel misunderstood, or not understood at all and you want your parents to understand and support you. But maybe you just need to accept that they do not understand the appeal ana has to you, nor the appeal of the blade. You have some good friends who want to be there for you and who want you to get better, but you keep on pushing them away!!

Why is it that when you look in the mirror you see someone so fat, yet you are so thin that your bones are sticking out everywhere and your clothes hang limply from you frame?

i see you everyday writing furiously in your journal, does it help ease your pain, vent your frustration and make you feel like someone is actually hearing you??

Keep up the writing girl because it will help you work thru some of this shit. I think you raelly need to look at what you are doing to yourself and realise it's not just how its making you feel now, how will it affect you in the future??

All those negative thoughts that you constantly drum into your head, will become ingrained in you and without even realising it you will base your self worth and these thoughts you've drummed in. Please try and think about what you are doing, there is nothing good to be gained from going down this path, think where you want to be in 1 year, 2 or even 5. And than maybe you can change your actions.
