oceanic treasures
this is better than it sounds, i promise...
Deep inside the ocean swims a fish,
Whose scales shimmer silver, metallic green
In the light from the world above.
He skims along the water
Like a ballerina of Swan Lake,
Blowing bubbles as he goes.
Passing the reef covered in cockles,
He makes his way to the shore.
There, on the edge of the sea,
Dipping into the golden sands,
Is an ancient turtle of an era long forgotten.
Dancing on the horizon,
A dolphin joyously plays,
Rising up, out and into the water,
The icy, delicate waters
Of the deep treasure chest.
Only few have seen what lies afar the sands,
Deep below the surface of a turquoise sea,
Where nature mingles,
Intimate and divine in existence.
