I am not he that leads -
one who bows, I am not
justified alone or validated
by you ' look elsewhere.
I reek of pretension and
an inability to draw lines,
or one line in particular.
Disregard formalities and
approach me as the dog
I am not. Yours,
the poet.

I like this poem. Quick, blunt, yet mystique. Definitive. Rebellious. A Dean vibe that was not- something all its own, cool and slick. Thanks for letting me read that.
