Pleading to be Rescued

The world was whirling around so fast
She fell flat on her ass
Not knowing exactly where she was
Or who she was with
She heard a voice commanding her
Come with me, he said
In a daze she crawled to her feet
Standing uneasy
She felt his hands reaching
Somewhere she knew she didn’t want them to go
But nothing was right
It was all beyond her control
She shouted the only name she could remember
Hoping that he would appear and save her
But the grass was too slippery
His hand too quick
She fell on her ass
Taken advantage of once again
