I can’t even begin to explain
The emotion that’s flowing through my veins
Causing me to tremble and shake
At the very thought of my mistakes.

I wish that I could go back in time
Regain my mind
Which was lost and caught up in
Desires of youth
That you of all people should know
I never got the chance to experience
I never had that opportunity to grow!

I want so badly to change it all
But you’ve got to understand
Although it seemed to be me
I had no control.

I did things in a state of
I don’t even know
Much of everything is just a blur
And I’m left standing here alone
