The Proposal

i grew up

pulling myself through

childhood on one wish

or another

so when he

told me he had

never seen a shooting

star

i told him

to make a wish and

he said, 'i wish you would

marry me'

i didn't

have a chance to

tell him you can't

tell anyone

your wish if you

want it to come

true
