Space Cowboy

I'm a Space Cowboy..
Riding on the astroplane...
I'm a Space Cowboy..
Things may never be the same...
Putting worlds behind my pain...
Don't matter to me, no loss no gain.

I'm a Space Cowboy...
Moonbeam shadows, fur lined whales...
I'm a Space Cowboy..
Catching comets by the tail...
Robbing space trains, money mail...
Stellar gusts, cosmic gales.

I'm a Space Cowboy..
Rockets blasting through the stars...
I'm a Space Cowboy..
Edge of universe, bounty hunt bars...
Never knowing just where you are...
Can't catch me I'm out to far.

Old words, new melody,...done as if Neil Young had half of Pink Floyd's band and half of Hank William Jr.s backing him.
Lot's of science fiction book's have fur lined whales in them. Some on the cover. Don't know why but like the imagery.
