Grating

Your suggestions,
your presence,
like an itch,
deep
in the center of my spine.
To get at it I'd have to
turn completely
around,
in doing so,
maybe go back a little
the way I came...
but I don't want to.
Recession doesn't seem to be
an option
anymore,
but the pulling,
oh it never stops.
You always seem to know
just when to come
scraping,
constantly trying to
root out
whatever it is you can't
find on your own.

i think she/he has a point, but i suppose it is your poem, it seems unexplained and you had such an agitated restless feel, before, it seems better to leave it on the cusp.

You seem to have a very natural ability to place line breaks in their proper places, which is a hard thing to do. I would only omit the line, "but I donā??t want to." Or could can change it by saying it a different way.
