Advancement Retreat

I work in corporate development for a university. It's fun, I like it, it's a good time. Today we had our Advancement Retreat. I thought to myself the whole time, the term Advancement Retreat is an oxymoron. Shouldn't we name it something like Advancement Advance? Or Advancement Step Forward? Just a thought...
