Music= Life

Nervously
I move to the front
Holding my love's hand
Making him follow

I look around
All I see is people
All different
Yet here for the same reason I am

Dark, yet there is light
I can hear voices
Picking up conversations here and there
'I can't wait!'
'What's taking so long?'
'I didn't pay for this!'

Total darkness
Screams in the background
But not scared screams
Excited screams

Strumming of a guitar from the speakers
I think 'I love this song!' simultaneously with the others
Thrilled murmurs and shouts

Coloured lights flash around the room
Like fireflies on a hot summer day
Butterflies are in my stomach
As I dance and sing along
To the familiar tunes

I look over
Seeing that my love is doing the same
But not only him
But everyone around us

Could any of us ever live with out music?
With out the joy
The excitement
The closeness
it brings?

No

Narrated very well. Felt at times it was leading to other places but you cleverly bring your audience back to the message. Lovely .. Lovely write!
