The him and the her

He sang her a soft song,
That she once and always knew,
He held her close, for oh so long
And they stood strong and true

He sang out all his words,
That she couldnt get enough of,
He brought her up, to the sky and the birds
And it was soon a thing called love

He gave her everything she could ever desire,
And she never asked for a thing,
Then the accusations came, and he became a liar
And then she took everything, and took off his wings

She had once, loved him more then anything,
And she had tried so hard, to do it all
She had once tried, to give him her everything
But that led to her fall

She once thought he was what she wanted,
in hopes to be the one he needed
She now thinks its the pictures that are ink blotted
and now its the caution she wished she should have heeded

He now sits and cries day-to-day
He misses her now more then ever
He misses everything she gave him, in each and every way
and how did this happen, she now seems so clever

She now walks hand in hand,
with this newfound guy she just met
and leaves him just a memory in the sand
and hes caught in the lies in her net

He sits and cuts and nobody asks why,
His depression reaches its max now
Wrought down from the loving skies, she smirks as she walks by
the only question that remains is "how?" or "why?"

She now sees, the damage is done
too late cant go back,
She now sees, she was his sun
But now its he that she lacks

He now sits and awaits the end,
Killed of a broken heart,
That to her hed like to send
but now its over and he must part

She sits and sees his body before her
This new guy lends a shoulder, but its not the same
She has restless nights as she stirs
Remembering his face, never forgetting his name

She was once happy but she let it go
she had it all, and never asked and he was there
She misses him so, but it was now so long ago
and she desperatly misses the life they shared

She wants his arms and loving touch
she sits and is over wrought
and shell never forget, she loved him so much
Nor will she forget the love he brought.

Shell never forget his gentleness like music, stave by stave
never forget how he was perfect and true
You never truly know what you have,
when all they love is you

Profound.

My deep single word comment is effectively ruined because I have no idea how to spell Profound, and sorry if I spelt it wrong, so bugger the one word comment, and introduce the long essay. =D AWooHoo.

Loved how you used such smooth rhyming to piece this together. The emotions are clear cut and visual, and it's heartwrenching.

So maybe that wasn't a long essay, but I don't know what to say to you apart from I absolutely loved this. Thanks for the read. Amazing work.

This is way too long for the message you are trying to convey to the reader.

For someone so young you write about love in a very understanding manner. I have no understanding of love so i will just take your word for it.
