What has Happened?

What has happened to the ground?
Which makes the sound of cement under my feet.
I can only guess that forest has been
washed away by concrete
What has happened to the sky?
The building of skyscrapers so high that it
has blocked the sunshine from my eyes..
And, what has happened to all the woods?
Shipped off in boxes to make household goods.
What has happened to all Gods beasts?
Put in to cans to store for feast.
And what has happened to the deep blue sea
polluted by mans own agony.
And what has happened to good deeds?
Undone by his sexual needs

Usually not into poems that make a strong statement of the ruin of our world. I guess i just do not want to see it and when i do, i get very angry. This poem, however, makes a statement a little bit more softly (though not losing its' punch). What you write here is undeniable truth, sad, but an endless cycle.
