I look at you with ignorance
And see an angel there
Eyes so telescopic
Laced with loving care

You make my body tremble
You take me in so deep
I crave your satisfaction
Until I go to sleep

Then dreams of past and present
Merge inside my mind
And now I see an angel
Of a completely different kind

Part of me still hates you
For what you did to me
Broken hearts and shattered dreams
For the sake of misery

every time I think of it
it's like a knife inside my heart
A dagger in the dreams I know
I stop before I start
