Waterdrop

Hello waterdrop
on the roam.
must be searching
for your home.

Move out waterdrop
through a pipe,
down the drain,
safe from wipe.

Press on waterdrop
heats no fun.
Don't get left out
in the sun.

Brave little waterdrop
Lost some weight.
almost there,
past that gate.

Goodbye waterdrop,
found the sea.
slip on in
cease to be.

haha cute... I agree with sudi, this would be a great kids story. It's hard to write amusing rhyme - well done.

this would make a good poem for kids.

but then I also look at the last stanza and feel that there is a greater message.

I really like how you have made something so insignificant significant.

A very clever and fun write.
