Love

It was a cloudy day
"Stupid PE, it's like, the last PE day of the school year, and we have to walk around IN CIRCLES," I thought.

I look at my friends walking slightly in front of me. The merry couples. Ana and Tyler, Mary and Sam...and Tiffany and Brad. Love can be rewarding, challenging, enjoyable, pleasurable...many things...but one of the most important things that can ruin a relationship is separation.

Tiffany and Brad make the most boring things into the most fun thing you've ever done with another person. WE were walking around in circles, and Brad and Tiffany were holding hands, skipping around...grins on their faces, and the occasional heart-felt hug (remember, no PDA in school). Just to see them look into each others eyes made you think, "I can't wait until I meet someone that I can relate to like that!"

It breaks my heart to know that they have to go to different high schools. There have many occasions where I've seen Brad so depressed because all he can think about is Tiffany. And likewise with her.

Ha, I remember at my birthday party, Tiffany went to Whistler for the weekend, and it was only Brad. He was hyper for about the first half. Then, all of the sudden, he couldn't function. He just sat there. He looked like a depressed drunk, to tell you the truth. And he wouldn't snap out of it either.

Why is love so confusing? Why does it have to be so challenging? So hard? So difficult?

But at the same time, love can be comforting. Just knowing that you impact someone's life as much as they impact yours, and also knowing that there is someone out there for you, and only you.

How do humans want love? Love does have its ups and downs, but I guess you have to take the good with the bad...

Love

No one can really describe love.

Love is just...

Love.

Good job Kas-

Real and heartfelt, not just the ramblings of a teen, but an honest observation and opinion. You like wearing the lab coat, don't ya. This piece is excellent, I really like it.

Few things:

typo inpact instead of impact

"Just knowing that you inpact someone's life as much as they impact yours. And to know that you aren't the only one that need to be loved."
Don't use a period where a comma will be more effective for flow. Try a comma instead of a period
"...impact yours, and to know..."

And you may want to rewrite
"How do humans want something so bad, yet know the consequences sometimes, and knowing that it might hurt them?"
Try making it more concise.

Besides that you did a real great job, kiddo.
You are making Momma proud!
