Dude in the unit next door, at the end of the building

The guy in the unit next door
is laughing out loud
at something
something on his TV or
computer screen

when I first saw him
I thought he looked like
an older guy doing weird
shit next door

but to hear someone laugh
out loud like that
all spontaneous and jovial
like a nerdy santa
not caring who hears or whatever
makes me like the guy
a little more

I like poetry taken from life, but I have to admit I wouldn't be able to handle that dude. Keep up the good work
