Vampires Suck
Vampires suck, this much I know true
They will suck the blood and the life from you
Sat on your bed in the middle of the night
They release your soul from its earthly plight
With canines long, too long for jaw
They stalk about outside your door
But due to a hilarious twist of fate
They cannot come in unless you state
With hypnotic stare they hold their prey
They use, so you don't run away
But running, you see, is not really the issue
When you're laughing so hard, what you need is a tissue
The irony is, it appeals to your sorrow
So why would you agree to so many tomorrows
A lifetime of pain has been fuel to your wrath
But an eternity of pain, well, just do the math
But my opinion, I know, is only just one
So, one last thought, before this poem is done
If 'life' as a vampire is an eternity in death
How does one suck, when one has no breath?
