Alone

From the cradle's hour I have been
a something that no-one has yet before seen
devoid of all class and classification
an uneven number in humanity's calculation
different but yet the same as any other
a yearning spirit longing for acceptance from another

And travelling a path opposite to where normality's seed lies sown
there shall I continue to walk
I
alone

Very well stated Gavin, but I do not think you have to worry about traveling that path alone.

Well put, Gavin. I liked the way you left 'I' and 'alone' on their own.
