Where do we stand

Confused mind and an undirected will
making the wings flap against the wind
worthless possibilities but yet I stay tied
How does one break away and survive?

This has a very nice flow to it. Very simple, and yet there seems to be a complex edge to it. I find that appealing. Very nice.

I like this--especially the first line. I feel like the last line needs a little work. I can't say what it needs, but it doesn't seem to flow.

This is a nice start. Welcome to Si.
