Lured By Infinity's Dying Wish

come, reluctant thought
you belong inside here
amidst the random
the incessant
the superficial noise that
breathes static across my mind

would you show up in waves?
a fluorescent hue
some delicate shade of gray
one thin laser line driving
through my core
to the center
a heated pool of primal pain
could you vaporize all these
inhibitions?
all these human imperfections?

your expansion, depth of reason
hollow point destruction of
all my contrived decisions
I could permanently detach
drift away in wisps
if only you could connect it all
in one unblemished whisper
of clarity

personality shifts and fades as you liberate your mind from this mistake of cosmic formation / breathe in Infinity's last request / the purest thought from Her hungry mind / as She incorporates you into Her absolute purity

alright to clarify: the lines on the bottom are meant to be there. it's part of the 'style' of some of my poetry. It's supposed to be in italics but I'm lazy and don't want to upgrade my browser so I can format it. sorry if it's strange.

I like the words you included in this, I'm not sure why the last part is on the bottom like that, but I like it anyway!

an excellent write. there was a lot of life spoken of in this piece, and the flow just added to the impact the message carried with it.

Wonderful lines that stood out to me in the fact that sometimes it seems in life that all we need is that one whisper to restore us.

"personality shifts and fades as you liberate your mind from this mistake of cosmic formation / breathe in Infinityâ??s last request / the purest thought from Her hungry mind / as She incorporates you into Her absolute purity" -- this little thing at the end has some really good word chocies and lines. though i'm confused as to why it is ont he bottom like that.
