My six year old and I were having fun this afternoon and we came up with this little "poem"
Out in the garden
The flowers bloom
There's nothing to do
She says with an air of gloom
Swing on a swing
Take a swim in the pond
Play witches and fairies
And wave your magic wand
Witches and fairies
I cannot stand
With their caves and castles
Made out of sand
There's nothing to do
She says with a sigh
I cannot help you
And I begin to cry
Bye-bye

This is a really playful piece. It must of been so much fun just thinking of what to write. Your daughter sounds like a poet in the making. Tell her to write more!!!
