Co-worker

Sitting here
Silently without refuge
Staring into the soulless plains
Of my monitor
Listening
To the drone
Of your empty winds
And all the horrible inadequacies
You claim not to be or have
While condemning every other
Sick spirit of the world'¦

Endows me with much relief
That I will never be
As upstanding and righteous
As you

This was a very articulate read. You said it all without sounding aggressively bitter. But you had me at your bio piece.

wow! i've fallen behind on your work!! and what have i been missing!!!! isn't it incredible that we spend so much time with people at work (really the best part of our days--nights if we work nights--and a good chunck of time) but sometimes never know them. or maybe they never know us??? and it never fails to amaze how people hired to do the same job as we've been hired to do could be absolutely crazy in one way or another...nice work. thought provoking as always.
