the noodle monkey

There once was a monkey who ate macaroni and cheese everyday for breakfast, lunch, and supper. After several months of eating like that the monkey turned into a macaroni noodle with cheese. The monkey really freaked out about what was going on.

He went to go talk to a wizard with a purple hat. The wizard said "Abra cadabra and zippety zat." It didn't work. The monkey was still a macaroni noodle with cheese.

So a lot of time went by and the monkey was still in this dreadful state until one day the monkey came upon a green bunny. And the green bunny had magical powers that only green bunnies have. And the monkey turned back to his old self and never ate macaroni and cheese again.

The moral of the story is if you eat too much of something you will turn into it.

Haha, that's cute. Yeah, you should think about getting someone to help illustrate it.

This is really cute. I'm sure it would be a big hit with 4th or 5th graders. I like all the silliness. And the ending is perfect. Have you thought about getting it published, with illustrations?
