The Seconds Inbetween
this is just small time
a little pause in between those
grander moments of existence
a willowy minute that somehow holds
together monumental hours
we are constantly Here
amidst the massive
in the shadow space between
Eternity's great columns
on an infinite line Here is a pinprick
mere dust unregistered on the
cosmic timeline
could we fold it, somehow
connect all those eye blinks and
flickers of infinitesimal heartbeats
all existing there in those eons of blank time
small time, the forgotten time?
gather the edges and pull
towards a center, splintered
the near future
the unbelievable past
would all come together
a single white void
that one pure moment:

An air of mysticism revolves around this one. And yes, it does ring a bell. Many of the Sufi-poets wrote in a similar theme.
So, I can say nothing but "nice!!!"
