I Dream of Nothing (Unrhymed)

The only thing for sure
I dreamed of nothing
An upside down rainbow
A tear drop in my hand
A bird flying, falling
The grass withered up
A stain among the people
A dark clouded sky
And yet I have the questions
I cannot find the sleep
In long white halls of prison bars
Hovering o'er the water
Black mirrors shine and glimmer
Down the corridor
And the only thing for sure
I dream of nothing

I liked this poem. Good free verse. Your talent is outstanding! 8.5/10

I really liked this. (Did you mean "Unrhymed"?)
There is a constant emptiness woven through each line that leads the reader into the melancholy of the narrator. Good write.
