The Kiss

Lips juxtaposed,
Locked in ecstasy, kiss-
Demanding urgency in embrace
Entwined bodies, sharing intimacy
Pleasurable ignorance
Entertaining harmony and grace
And innocence
Merging visibly
Soul to soul

-Reveal-

Soul to soul
Visibly merging
Innocence and grace and harmony
Entertaining ignorance pleasurable
Intimacy sharing, bodies entwined
Embrace in urgency demanding kiss
Ecstasy in locked
Juxtaposed lips

Theresa - glad you liked it. I love to dabble in "difference" and this verse was experimental in writing mirrored verse. Thank you for your very kind compliment.

Very nice form here. I like the way you have organized the poem yet still maintain nice imagery and flow. Beautiful and sensual without being too graphic!

Matt,
Very simply thank you. I'm experimenting with this form of writing and enjoy sharing it.

Michelle - thank you. Keeps me thinking about what subject to write on next. Life is such a surprise and sometimes the most accepted gestures seen from a different perspective add their own charm.
