Not this moonlight
or twenty burning houses
could scan the darknesses between
behind your flashlit fingers feel
the fluid fire snail

that day in August
dragged down burning
moons and light for
glimmer snakes and
every other shall quiver
and be gone

A piece of writing that I didn't really understand when I read it, but I think that some of the most stunning pieces on editred (or anywhere, really) are the pieces that you need to reread to understand, even a little.
Thankyou for the amazingly unique read - keep it up !
